They were 2 areas with loose/miss-installed laminate they had to come back to fix, and they fixed 1/4 round shoe molding in the kitchen. Finally, they charged my credit card for the remaining half without notifying me, but since I was satisfied with the job, I didn't make an issue of it. They replaced it all in these areas with the laminate flooring I'd purchased from them. The total area covered was about 600 square feet.
Understood it was not going to be an exact match but was not close. Should have had us review the tread color before installing. They made good on the issue and had then re-stained. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring. Rubber flooring is meant to keep people safe on their feet, as some areas work enviorments can be hazardous.

I received excellent service at the store, got a GREAT price on the new flooring, and could not have ask for better installers. I have many more floors I want redone and I will be going back to Carpet One when I am ready because I know I will not get better service or product anywhere else.
