Home Cleaning Tips: How To Get Everything Done Quickly

What this means is that you need to have an organized plan of what the tasks are, when they’re due, what’s their order of priority, etc. At the end of the day, there are only so many hours in a day. The only thing you can control is how you manage this time for maximum efficiency and minimal stress.
I just don’t have the time and energy to keep up with what I would like to do. This is one of the best home cleaning tips I know. Get everyone in your family involved and make it a fun activity to do together.
How do you know if carpenter ants are in your walls?
My secret to staying organized is focusing on one week at a time and creating a prioritized plan of what needs to be accomplished in my Joyful Life Planner. No matter what happens I simply have to re-focus on the week’s most important tasks and get back on track. I choose one day for each bigger project and fit the smaller ones into the in-between times. Do you feel like you have too many tasks and that a short break doesn’t fit into your schedule today? Include a few breaks in your daily OBLIGATIONS, stretch your body, drink coffee, tea or just a glass of water, look out the window and take a few deep breaths, ventilate the space. You will stimulate the circulation, and the brain, that miraculous machine that perfectly controls all the processes in our body at all times, will receive much-needed oxygen.
If something isn’t dirty right now, don’t bother going back to clean it later. Just do it while you’re doing something else. For example, if you’re making a cup of coffee and cooking some eggs then just give everything a quick wipe down at the same time. This way, your kitchen will always look fresh and hygienic for every meal. This allows you to just focus on the cooking, rather than stopping to clean up each time something dirty comes out of your cupboards or spills onto the floor. Or the ones that remind you of someone you love.

Next, have room for flexibility in your to-do lists. Deadlines can be pushed forward for whatever reason. It is expected for things like this to happen. So, if you don’t have the option to reschedule your to-do list, your entire routine will mess up.
I then schedule each item throughout the week using Todoist aka my favorite to-do list app of all time. I’ll also make a note of due dates for projects and schedule in my app to work on it a few days before it’s due. For example, if a homework assignment is due on a Wednesday, I might add a task to start working on it either on Monday or Tuesday. When a task feels too big to face, it’s easy to put it off. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes, and work without distraction for that time.
How to get everything done (and still have enough time)
If you can clean these thoroughly with ammonia, the carpenter ants may not be able to find their way. Although small carpenter ant colonies will cause minimal damage, it’s always difficult to know how many ants are actually present in a colony. Larger colonies are capable of structural damage, but carpenter ants are still not as damaging as termites. You won’t really know how bad it is until you locate the nest or nests in your home. There are many different species of carpenter ants, so they can vary greatly in appearance with sizes ranging from 1/8 inch to 3/4 inch in the largest species. Carpenter ants range in color from red to brown and black.
Avoid wasting time looking for tools or documents by having them all accessible and organized from the beginning. These give the experience of watching a scheduled channel with curated shows. If a new series isn't dropping ahead of its television debut, ITV will upload the whole thing to ITVX on the day the first episode is aired. ITVX has all of the catch-up TV shows that aired on ITV channels in the last seven days available on demand.
However, if you opt for delegation, make sure to delegate the right tasks only. Only then will you be able to manage more work in a shorter time. Otherwise, you’ll have to spend more time correcting others’ mistakes. For example, if on the Thursday of the first week you have planned a meeting with the boss, mention how long you think it can take. This way you won’t over-schedule or under-schedule certain days.
Ask your spouse or other family members for help with certain tasks so you don’t have as much on your plate. This will free up some of your time so you can focus on other things that need your attention. Big projects can seem daunting, but they’ll be much easier to handle if you break them down into smaller tasks. I call them tiny tasks and they should take 30 minutes or less. This will help you stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed by the project as a whole. This may seem like a no-brainer, but it’s actually the first and most important step in correctly prioritizing your time.
If you try to do too much, you’ll only end up feeling stressed and frustrated. Start small and gradually increase your goals as you start checking things off of your list left and right! You’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish when you set realistic goals for yourself and make an effort to stick with them. Once you’ve prioritized your tasks, it’s important to work on one task at a time. Single tasking has been shown to improve productivity and focus. When you commit to working on one task at a time, you’re able to give that task your full attention.
After the break, you will be refreshed and ready to move on, full of enthusiasm. It can be really useful to cross-check your task planning against a calendar. Plan your tasks in time slots in your diary or online calendar so you can see how your working day looks.
